At Level Up Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or visit our returns page to enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your pre-paid shipping label provided by our system.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
